Cahaya capiz shell pendant lamp

Coming soon · price once the maker is chosen

Hundreds of thin capiz shell discs hung on a frame. At the slightest draught the lamp chimes softly and scatters light like a pearly mist. Cahaya means glow. We saw it in a showroom on Andong near Ubud.

Diameter 40–60 cm, depending on the variant. We will give the exact options when the lamps join the collection.

For tall rooms and above the table — dining table or kitchen island — where it has room to hang freely. With a warm bulb it gives soft, diffused light, made for evenings rather than work.

Material and care: dust with a soft brush or wipe with a damp cloth, disc by disc, without detergents. The shell is thin — do not pull on single pieces.

Handmade: every shell disc has its own shade and translucency, and the strands are hung by hand. Dimensions and sheen may differ from the photo — the nature of the material, not a defect.

Coming soon: we want these lamps in the next container. Leave your e-mail and we will write when there is a price.

This piece is not in the container plan yet. If enough people are interested, we will add it to the next trip — leave your e-mail and we will write when we know the price and date.
