Nampan rattan tray
Coming soon · price once the maker is chosen
A rectangular tray of tightly woven rattan on a wooden frame, with cut-out handles at the sides. Rattan is a climbing palm from Indonesian forests — the country supplies most of the world's rattan. The weave is even and close, the frame holds its shape.
About 45 × 30 cm. The same series includes round placemats and coasters, so the whole table can be matched.
For breakfast in bed, for books and candles on the coffee table, for cosmetics in the bathroom. Small things gathered on a tray look tidy, even when they are not.
Material and care: keep dry, away from damp. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and dry at once; do not immerse in water or leave in the sun, which dries out the fibre.
Handmade: every tray is woven by hand, so the shade of the rattan, the density of the weave and the dimensions may differ slightly from the photo. This is the nature of handwork, not a defect.
