Kerang means shell. This is a decorative hanging of cowrie and capiz shells, driftwood and raffia tassels on cotton cord. We wanted a souvenir from Bali to be real: shells, not plastic.
Length 40–80 cm. Two versions: light (capiz) and darker (driftwood) — say in the notes which you prefer. If you leave it blank, we will ask by e-mail before shipping. The short version works as a bag charm.
On a wall, a door handle, by a window, on a branch in a vase. Several hangings side by side make a curtain that moves and clicks softly in a draught.
Material and care: wipe the shells with a damp cloth; keep the raffia and driftwood dry. Do not hang outdoors in the rain.
Handmade: each hanging is different. The choice of shells, the shade of the wood and the length differ from the photo — that is the nature of handwork, not a flaw.
Pre-order from the container: no prepayment when you order, and we send a photo of your actual piece before shipping.
Pre-order price in Polish złoty; the euro amount is approximate (NBP rate). Settled when the container arrives.
