A cube pouf woven from seagrass — purun sedge — filled with foam and set on a wooden base. Bantal means cushion. The weave is thick and warm to the touch; the base gives stability.
About 40 × 40 × 40 cm — the height of a low seat, comfortable as a footstool by an armchair too.
A seat for a guest, a footrest for reading and, with a tray on top, a side table by the sofa. It moves around the house to wherever it is needed. It looks good in pairs.
Material and care: seagrass likes to stay dry — keep away from damp, and do not stand it on a wet floor or on the terrace after rain. Dust with a dry cloth or a soft brush; wipe marks with a slightly damp cloth and dry at once.
Handmade: every pouf is woven by hand, so the shade of the grass, the density of the weave and the dimensions may differ from the photo. This is the nature of handwork, not a defect.
