Short answers to the questions we hear most: pre-order, shipping from Bali, returns, and caring for wood, stone and weaves.
You reserve a piece from the container sailing from Bali and pay nothing up front. When the container reaches Poland we write to you with a confirmation and a payment link — only then do you decide whether to complete the purchase. A reservation is not an order and you can cancel it at no cost.
Within Poland a courier parcel costs 19.99 zł, an oversized item 89 zł and a pallet 249 zł; parcels are free above 500 zł and arrive in 1–2 working days. To Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Austria and Lithuania: parcel 49 zł, oversized 199 zł, pallet 490 zł, 2–4 working days. To the rest of the EU: parcel 79 zł, oversized 299 zł, pallet 690 zł, 3–6 working days.
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest delivery option within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. Handicraft is not excluded from the right of return.
Every piece is made by hand from a natural material, so grain, shade of stone and weave differ between examples — that is a property of handicraft, not a flaw. For furniture, washbasins and sculptures we send a photo of your actual piece before dispatch, so you know what is coming.
Solid wood needs no more than a damp cloth followed by drying, with no alcohol-based cleaners and no silicone. Teak carries its own oil and greys outdoors over time; if you prefer the honey tone, rub it with wood oil once a season. Keep furniture away from radiators, since dry air makes wood shrink.
Use a mild, pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth. Natural stone does not tolerate acidic products (vinegar, descalers, grout cleaners), which dull the surface and can etch it. The basins are sealed after finishing; it is worth renewing the sealant after a year or two, depending on how heavily it is used.
We buy directly from workshops on Bali and Java that we visited in person in August 2026 — among them Ubud, Mas, Jimbaran, Sidemen and Cipacing. The timber comes from legal sources covered by Indonesia’s SVLK system, which certifies the origin of wood exported to the European Union.
A single stick burns for 30 to 45 minutes. Set it in a non-flammable holder that catches the ash, away from curtains and paper, and never leave burning incense unattended. Air the room afterwards — the smoke is denser than a candle’s, and in a small room half a stick is enough.
Yes. We work with interior architects, hotels and spas — we prepare wholesale quotes, material samples and orders from a specific container. Write to office@saribali.com with “B2B” in the subject, telling us the kind of pieces and rough quantities.
The first container is on its way from Bali to Poland. We do not give an exact date until the agent and customs clearance confirm it, because sea freight schedules can shift by weeks. Join the First Circle and we will write to you as soon as the container lands.
