A solid cork block is heavier than foam and that is why you can trust it: it does not slide from under your hand in triangle pose and does not give under your hips in bridge. Three sides, three heights.
23 × 15 × 7.5 cm. Cork is the bark of the cork oak, harvested without felling the tree. Over time the block darkens where your hand rests most often.
