The wheel lets you lie on your back in a way the floor never allows: the spine settles onto an arc and the chest opens by itself. In the morning it takes the night out of your back, in the evening the day at the desk.
33 cm in diameter, 14 cm wide. The cork surface does not slip and feels pleasant on the skin; the core takes the weight of an adult. Start with a few breaths, not minutes.
