For those who do not love stretching but love its results. A cotton strap with two metal D-rings and an embroidered heart — a simple object that lengthens your arms while the foot is still far away.
About 240 cm long — enough to loop around the foot lying down or fasten a loop around the shoulders. Colours: blue-grey, pink, vanilla, moss.
It helps you reach the foot, open the shoulders and hold a pose longer without strain. Buckled into a loop it holds the leg when lying down; stretched between the hands it opens the chest. It fits in the mat bag alongside the mat.
Material and care: hand wash in cool water, dry in the shade. Wipe the rings dry so they leave no marks on the fabric.
