Three diameters, three depths. The smallest goes under the foot and between the shoulder blades, the medium under the glutes, the largest under the back and thighs. Cork is firm yet warm — nothing of the rubber tennis ball about it.
6, 8 and 10 cm in diameter. The balls absorb no moisture and keep their shape. Keep them in a linen pouch next to the mat.
