A cork roller is firmer than foam, yet never cold or plasticky. For the calves after a run, for the thighs and back after a long day of sitting — a few slow rolls at your own pace.
About 30 cm long, about 10 cm in diameter — a size that fits in a mat bag. Wipe it with a damp cloth.

Wipe cork with a lightly damp cloth and let it dry in the shade. Do not soak it or leave it by a radiator or in full sun — cork dries out and starts to crumble.
