Yoga mats and props

A yoga mat made from natural materials grips differently from foam: cork and jute hold your hands better the damper they get, and a rubber base stays put on the floor. The standard size is 183 by 61 centimetres, in thicknesses from 1.5 to 6 millimetres.

The collection has cork and jute mats, a PU-topped mat for dynamic practice and a thin suede one for travel, along with blocks, wheels, rollers and cork balls for releasing tight muscles. Cork and rubber are renewable, contain no PVC and carry no plastic smell. Choose a thicker mat for knees and wrists, a thinner one for balance.
